A uniquely printed photo flyer should have come home Friday or today (Monday) with each student. The Flyer includes information for parents on how to order school photos:

• Orders can be placed online at orders.academyphoto.com.au until 23 February 2024 using your special access key (on the flyer)
• See Academy website for a complete range of packages available
• A late fee of $20 will apply to orders raised after dispatch of photos to the school
• Students should have received 2 x Flyers (one for the parent, and one for the student to bring to their photo session tomorrow) – these flyers are identical.
• All students are to bring the uniquely printed photo flyer, even if not purchasing photos as these are also for ID cards
• Students are required to wear the full Formal College Uniform including the College Tie

*If your child did not receive a flyer due to absence or other circumstances they will still have their photo taken tomorrow. Their unique flyer will be given to them at a later date, and parents can still purchase photos by the close off date.

**If any students are away Tomorrow due to sickness or on Camp the catch-up photo day is Wednesday 14 February.

SIBLING PHOTOGRAPHS – if you wish to have a sibling photograph, your children must attend one of the following times; 8am to 8:30am, during lunch time or afternoon tea (siblings will need to organise when they will meet to have the photo). They will need to collect a unique personalised ‘sibling’ flyer form from Student Reception with instructions on how to order online. The coloured sheet contains an area to complete your family details and needs to be handed to the photographer at the time of the photo.

IMPORTANT

Students are required to wear the formal uniform on photo day, including the School Tie.
