McCormack’s quiet achiever for this term is year 8 student Oscar Q. Oscar is always happy to help out whenever asked and always has a smile on his face. If Oscar sees rubbish around the school he is quick to pick it up and place it in a bin. He is a polite young man who always has time for a chat and is working very hard in each lesson. Oscar is an asset to McCormack, and it is great to see him continuing to flourish here at Shalom. I would also like to add a special mention to all our new McCormack students that have joined us this year from various places around Australia. I know transitioning into a new school can be tough but all our new students have fit in nicely within the culture of McCormack and that is great to see. As always, GO MCCORMACK.
