Competition opens: Monday week 2, Term 2

Competition closes: Friday week 10, Term 2 

Categories:

• Poetry  7/8 (max 25 lines) 
• Poetry 9/10 (max 50 lines) 
• Poetry 11/12 (max 50 lines) 
• Short story 7/8 (max 500 words) 
• Short story 9/10 ( max 750 words)  
• Short story 11/12 (max 1000 words) 
• Short story 11/12  Literature  (max 2000 words) 

You can enter both poetry and short story categories and you can enter as many times as you like.

How to enter:

All entries must include your name and category

1. Hard copy to Beerarlem library
2. Electronically by using the link: https://forms.gle/CMCJ7kZdE2SM9ThD9 
3. Dropping your file into the Library Submissions folder 

Electronic submissions must be saved in the following format: First name Last name, year level, category (poetry or short story)

Prizes:

Winners and runners up of each category will be published in the Shalom College annual anthology, “Literary Wonders” along with receiving a copy of the publication. In addition, winners of each category will receive a Dymocks voucher.
