Rhys, a Year 10 student, is this week's quiet achiever in Hogan House.  Rhys was selected in the Australian team last year for Karate and travelled to the USA for the ISKF International Goodwill Championships, which were held in Philadelphia during the holidays.  Rhys did so well, coming home with gold in every event she competed in, Kata, Team Kata and Kumite (fighting). Rhys has proven to be a well-mannered and consistently respectful student here at Shalom College.
