Equestrian News 

Our Shalom College Equestrian team includes students and horses who compete in a range of English, western, and stock disciplines. Aldridge State High School hosts an annual Challenge that includes events across all three of these. Year 11 equestrian, Madeline W, and her horse Peppy represented the College at the Challenge in Week 10 of Term 2.

Madeline and Peppy spent three days at the event and competed against students from other schools across the region. They came 2nd in reining, working equitation and mechanical cow and 3rd in presentation and halter class. Well done to Madeline and Peppy on their successes and a huge thank you to her parents who travelled to Maryborough for the three days!
