We are pleased to announce visiting specialist Dr Paul Wilkinson from Coral Coast Eating Disorder Service. Paul is a Dietitian and credentialed eating disorder clinician with over 20 years’ experience working with young people with eating disorders and disordered eating . He will be visiting Shalom college once a month and is offering eating disorder screening and assessment appointments to students and their parents or carer givers, as well as ongoing treatment services for those with a diagnosis. Early screening and assessment can lead to the identification of eating disorders before they become serious and enable the establishment of treatment plans, supported by Medicare, that include input from a Dietitian and Psychologist.
