Tuesday 15 July (Year 7 to 11) & Wednesday 16 July (Year 12 Only)

The flyer below lists all the information regarding how to order School Photos online. The access key is for Shalom College families and further instructions & options of packs available are through Qld School Photography.

Tuesday timetable in the Sports Centre

• 7:30am – sibling photos – no set time just arrive & have your photo taken
• 8:00am - staff photos
• From 8:45am – Student Photos – classes will be called up throughout the day except Year 12 students
• L1 & L2 – Sibling Photos & staff Photos
• 3:00pm – finish

Wednesday timetable in the Sports Centre

• 8:00am – Staff Photos
• 8:45am – Year 12 students called up in classes – 2 photos will be taken normal head shot & a green screen shot for the virtual cohort photo
• L1 & L2 – Staff Photos
• 12 noon – hopefully all year 12 photos to be completed

Note: If any Year 12 student is going to be away for sporting events or school events on the Wednesday and will therefore be required to have their photo taken Tuesday then prior notice needs to be communicated to Stacey_Murdoch@rok.catholic.edu.au  before Tuesday 15 July. Different screens & setup are required for year 12 only.

There will be no catch-up day for any students after the 15 & 16 July.

Please note online payments will only be accepted for one week after photo day.  After one week, a $15 processing fee will apply.
