Community Connection for People with Disability - Worshop and Resources

This workshop provides ideas and tools that can inspire you to work towards real and meaningful inclusion in your community, be that in your neighbourhood, at work, at school or your local social and sporting clubs. There will be time for workshop participants to discuss, brainstorm and share together in order to explore how and where to begin.

Who Should Attend - This workshop is for people with disability, their families, friends and supporters. It will be of interest to anyone who wants to achieve real belonging and inclusion for themselves or for someone they care about.

Hear For You

Hear For You will be returning to Bundaberg in 2023. We are hosting a Life Goals and Skills Day on Friday 22 September at Chaverim Shalom College Outdoor Education and Environment Centre. The Day will include a range of activities that include a ropes course and team building activities. The day has been designed to bring together like children and teenagers to help build confidence, improve communications skills and help build and foster new friendships and relationships.

Please see attached information flyer for more information. This workshop is open to all deaf or hard of hearing students aged 11 over. If there are any students who are aged 10 and are interested in attending (parents) please contact me. For more information click on the link below.
